Lisa previously admitted to getting a boob job, but she’s slammed rumors that she’s had anything done to her face.

In September 2024, RHOSLC star Angie Katsanevas started lip filler rumors during a feud on X.

“My lips are full as my life. Thanks to my doctor who I pay with my own Amex card — not a Park City mystery man’s! Unlike Lisa’s G-wagon, my lips can’t get repo’d,” Angie wrote. “I’m not your bestie in prison so I’m not interested in a gang bang but it’s cute you two had to team up. Night #RHOSLC.”

Lisa appeared on Watch What Happens Live and denied getting her lips injected.

“I don’t have lip filler. But [Angie] has a lot,” she wrote.

Heather Gay

In addition to undergoing a drastic weight loss transformation after taking Ozempic, Heather gets injectables to maintain a youthful appearance.

“I get Botox, filler in my lips. I get Sculptra, which is like a collagen stimulator,” she told Page Six Style in October 2022.

Heather owns Beauty Lab + Laser, which provides injectable care, so she gets “it all for free.”

“I’m not opposed to any injectables but the truth is, it hurts and I try to avoid pain in every area of my life — even if it’s going to make me look better,” Heather later told the outlet. “I could work out if I wanted to. Too much pain!”

Monica Garcia

The season 4 star confirmed getting injectables when she sued Heather and Beauty Lab + Laser for giving her “botched” cosmetic filler, as she stated in the September 2023 filing.

Monica’s claims came as a countersuit one month after Beauty Lab + Laser filed a lawsuit against her for failing to pay her $2,000 bill.

During the season 1 reunion, Andy read a fan-submitted question asking Jen which treatments she had done and was planning on undergoing.

“I know everybody thinks I’ve done all this stuff to my face. I haven’t had plastic surgery on my face. The only thing I had done to my nose was [my son] Omar broke my nose on accident when he was a baby, he head-butted,” Jen explained.

She later continued, “But trust me, I should have got a nose job, the whole nose. But I have just done fillers and Botox and stuff.”

Jen also wished that other public figures and celebrities were open about their cosmetic practices.

“I just want to know where to go. Save me 10 bad Botox jobs. Just tell me where to go. ‘Hey, you want an eyebrow lips? You want Botox? You want your lips injected? Here’s where you go,’” she listed. “I wish somebody would tell me that, because I’ll be honest with you, I didn’t wake up like this. It takes a lot to be Jen Shah.”
