Miley Cyrus has wowed fans with her chiseled physique for years, but her legs looked particularly toned at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards in February 2024. The “Flowers” hitmaker showed off her stems in not one, not two, but three different dresses throughout the night. Viewers couldn’t get over how incredible Miley looked as she took to the stage for her performance that evening in a silver fringe mini dress.

The Hannah Montana star has shared glimpses of her workout routines through the years. However, in June 2024, Miley told W magazine that she usually trains in heels, which has surely contributed to her hardened leg muscles!

Miley made a virtual appearance at The BRIT Awards in March 2024, where she accepted the International Song of the Year Award for “Flowers.” She looked stunning in a plunging silver mini dress and matching strappy heels.

The “Wrecking Ball” songstress performed a Tina Turner-inspired rendition of “Flowers” at the Grammys in February 2024 while wearing a silver high-low fringe dress. The frock featured a cutout at the waist to show off her toned abs, as well as thin straps and a seriously short skirt. Fans were gushing over Miley’s physique online — and begging for her workout tips!

For her arrival at the 2024 Grammys, Miley wore a gold fishnet dress that put serious skin on display. She paired the dress with yellow stiletto heels to show off her toned calves.

Heels, Heels, Heels

The secret to Miley’s rock-hard calves might just be her unusual choice of footwear for her workouts: heels. She revealed to W magazine that her “mantra” is to “practice how you perform.”

“So that’s why I practice in my heels,” she said in the June 3, 2024, interview. “The gym looks really tough, but then I’ve got my ivory Gucci slingbacks because they remind me of Marilyn Monroe.”

Additionally, Miley likes to exercise in heels because she’s “interested in feminizing the workout space, because so much of the workout equipment is ugly.”

The singer works out in heels outside of the gym, too, as she hiked to the Hollywood sign in the footwear for her Gucci Flora Gorgeous Orchid Eau De Parfum ad in June 2024.

Staying Fit

Miley has also revealed through the years that she stays fit by running on the treadmill and singing, doing yoga and Pilates and finding new ways to remain active.
